Cattaraugus-Allegany Workforce NY delivers its services primarily through two One Stop Centers – one located in each County. One is in Belmont at 7 Wells Lane and is known as the Allegany County Employment and Training One Stop Center. The other is in Olean in Blue Bird Square on North Union Street and is known as the Cattaraugus County One Stop Center. These Centers are the hubs for the delivery of services by the system’s many partners.
