Career Planning

An important step of career planning is exploring occupations to learn what interests and skills they require and assessing your own interests and skills to see if there is a good match. Our staff can assist you in determining a career path by providing information on careers and administering assessment tools to guide you to the right occupation. You can visit the Center and request an appointment to meet with a Counselor who will use a variety of methods to assist you. In addition to the tools used in our Centers, the following links can provide you with career planning assistance that you can conduct on your own. If you do participate in some of these online assessments, please feel free to print out and bring the results with you if you visit the One Stop.
